Runners Group

The Maple + Clove Runner group provides a friendly environment for anyone who wants to run at any level from basic fitness training to those committed to long term objectives. The group meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.15am and heads off from Maple + Clove, located in the Realm Park behind Hotel Realm. They cover 5-6km travelling around the parliamentary Triangle and Lake Burley Griffin. The average pace is a steady 6 – 8 minutes per kilometre.
